What’s Up: A Down to Earth Sky Guide – Welcome to October! It’s the first Friday of the month. This means it’s time for the monthly presentation on what you can see in the night sky during the current month. Learn what will be visible including constellations, Moon phases, planets, and more during October. Join us for this educational and interesting presentation given in an easy to understand format for most ages.

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.

Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (also known as AAI), is celebrating 75 years as an astronomy club this coming November!

Join us this  evening, September 26, starting at 7:30 pm for our Telescope Night! Bring your telescope from home and we'll show you how to use it. See details below.
