NOTE: Sperry Observatory will not be open July 4th due to the holiday. Join us on Friday, July 11th for our monthly “What’s Up: A Down to Earth Sky Guide”. Learn what you can see in the night sky during the month of July. Find out what constellations, Moon phases, planets and more will be visible. And maybe hear about some space mission news too. And talk to members of AAI who are always willing to share their knowledge of astronomy.

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.
