Welcome to 2026 at Sperry Observatory! On January 9th we will have 2 presentations for the public. The first will be an overview of the coming celestial events of 2026. Learn what interesting astronomical occurrences there will be throughout the year. The second is our monthly presentation of what you can see in the night sky during the month of January. And talk to members of AAI who are always willing to share their knowledge of astronomy

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.

Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (also known as AAI), is 76 years young and still going strong!

See below for information about the weekly  presentation and location.
