“What’s Up: A Down to Earth Sky Guide” – by Dr. John Sichel – Want to lean what you can see in the night sky during the month of July? Join us on Friday to learn what constellations, star clusters, possibly some planets, and more will be visible in the sky. The presentation is given in an educational and easy to understand format for ages 7 and up.

And also, learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club which makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.

Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (also known as AAI), is celebrating 75 years as an astronomy club this coming November!

AAI is celebrating 75 years as an astronomy club! Sperry Observatory is open to the public on Fridays  from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm (weather permitting). A presentation is given at 8:30 on an astronomy related topic. Register either through the red banner below or at the entrance to the Observatory.
