A Baker’s Dozen of Moons – in Person in Sperry Observatory – Ever wonder about Moons in our Solar System besides our own? Join us on Friday night to learn about them and how you can find them with modest equipment.

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.

Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (also known as AAI), is celebrating 75 years as an astronomy club this coming November!

AAI is celebrating 75 years as an astronomy club! Sperry Observatory is open to the public on Fridays from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm for observing (weather permitting). A presentation is given at 8:30 pm on an astronomy related topic. Register through the red banner that appears on the home page. NOTE - the  Observatory will not be open July 4h.
