Do you know what gravitational lensing is? How does it work? Why it exists? Join us on Friday to learn this and also Einstein rings, and their connection to dark matter. And talk to members of AAI who are always willing to share their knowledge of astronomy. AND join us for Astronomy Day on Saturday, May 16 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Trailside Nature & Science Center and at Sperry Observatory in the evening from 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm.

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.

Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (also known as AAI), is 76 years young and still going strong!
