“Exploring New Frontiers: Summer as a High School NASA Intern” – Ever wonder what types of internships that high school students can apply for to advance their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and math? Join us on January 31 at Sperry Observatory at 8:30 pm for a presentation from one of our members who attended a NASA internship in 2024. Hear about her experiences and what she learned during her time as a NASA intern. This was such an exciting opportunity that both high school students and the public at large may want to hear about. Talk to members of AAI who are always willing to share their knowledge of astronomy. And learn about our upcoming Astronomy Day being held on Saturday, May 17, 2025!

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.

Amateur Astronomers, Inc. (also known as AAI), celebrated 75 years as an astronomy club in November, 2024!
