“What’s Up: A down to Earth Sky Guide” – It’s the first Friday of the month. What does that mean? It’s time for our monthly presentation on what you can see in the sky for the current month. Join us as we learn what planets, constellations, possible meteor showers, Moon phases and more will be visible in the February night sky. And there may be some space news too! This presentation is given in an educational, fun and easy to understand format for most ages. So, come to Sperry Observatory for an interesting and informative evening. Talk to members of AAI who are always willing to share their knowledge of astronomy. And learn about our upcoming Astronomy Day being held on Saturday, May 17, 2025!

And learn about Amateur Astronomers, Inc. the Astronomy club that makes its home at Sperry Observatory located on the campus of Union College in Cranford, NJ and how you can join. And, weather permitting, we will do observing through our 2 large telescopes, a 24 inch reflector and a 10 inch refractor.
